I was disappointed with this. The scent was so weak I could barely smell anything, and when I tried to raise it with them, I had to chase them to get a proper response. Not really the experience I was hoping for.

I was disappointed when my order showed up because the box felt so flimsy, there was barely any padding inside, one of the items had a dent in it, and there were little wax bits scattered everywhere like it had just been thrown together in a hurry, which felt really careless considering what I paid. I expected it to be packed a lot better, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I was expecting a lot more for what I paid. It just didn’t feel worth the money, and I came away disappointed.

I expected the wax to be pretty much the same each time, but the texture seems to change from batch to batch. Sometimes it’s nice and smooth, and other times it shows up grainy and kind of odd. The scent is still fine, but the consistency has been more hit-or-miss than I was hoping for.

I messaged them about my order they never really got back to me with anything helpful. I waited a few days, tried following up again, and still got basically nowhere. All I needed was a simple answer, so it was annoying. The products may be fine, but in my case, customer service definitely let the whole experience down.

I was interested in trying this, but I couldn’t find clear enough information about the ingredients. Maybe it’s listed somewhere, but when it comes to skincare, I feel like you shouldn’t have to dig around to understand what you’re putting on your body. It made me pause and realize how much transparency matters to me with products like this, so I ended up not buying it. I’d be much more comfortable giving it a try if the ingredient details were easier to see upfront.

I really wanted these to work out, but they just didn’t give off much smell for me. I tried one in a smaller room and at first I thought maybe it was just taking a while, but it faded quickly and mostly just smelled like warm wax. Maybe I got a weak batch or something, but I wouldn’t buy them again.

I was hoping to grab a refill, but it never seems to come back in stock. Kind of frustrating because I actually wanted to keep using it, if that makes sense.

I wasn’t too impressed when I opened the site. Compared with other online stores I’ve used, this one felt a bit messy and cluttered, and a few sections looked like they weren’t fully finished. Maybe the products themselves are totally fine, but the overall presentation didn’t make me feel very confident about buying from them.

For a limited release, I guess I just expected a little more. I’m sure some people will be into it, but it wasn’t one I felt like spending money on.

Maybe it’s just me, but I found the website kind of annoying to use. The products themselves looked really nice, but the pages were loading slowly and I had a hard time finding what I wanted. Checkout felt a bit clunky too. I actually gave up once and came back later to finish.

My issue still hasn’t been fixed, and dealing with support didn’t help much. I was expecting something more like... I don’t know, just a clearer answer or a faster solution...

When it arrived, it looked messy and not at all gift-ready. I just didn’t feel right handing it to someone like that, if you’re buying something as a gift, it should at least look presentable.

I’m not sure if it was just my browser or the site itself, but the payment page kept reloading on me. At some point my discount code disappeared too, which was kind of annoying. The order did go through in the end, but the whole checkout process felt a little messy...

I ended up sending it back, and it took way too long to get my refund. I had to follow up more than once, which was really frustrating. Just not worth the stress, to be honest.

I ordered from Honeycomb Wax Co. because I was really hoping the wax melts would make my place smell amazing for a while!! At first, the scent was actually really nice and I was excited about it.
But after maybe an hour, it had faded so much that I could barely smell it unless I was standing right next to the warmer. That was disappointing because I expected it to carry through the room better.

For the price, I just thought the scent would last longer. It smelled good while it lasted, but the longevity wasn’t there for me, so I probably wouldn’t buy again

My order showed up fine and everything smells really nice. I was going to say I’m happy with it, well, mostly happy, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The products are decent overall, just not quite impressive enough for the price in my opinion.

I saw a promo on the site and thought it was going to be a decent deal, but when I got to checkout, the discount just didn’t apply properly. I tried a couple of times thinking maybe I missed something, but... nope, still didn’t work. Then shipping made the total feel even less worth it. I reached out to them, but never really got a clear answer, so it mostly felt like a waste of time. I probably wouldn’t bother again...

I ordered about a week ago and just didn’t hear much of anything. I emailed twice asking where my order was, and then waited, waited, waited before getting a super short reply days later. I still don’t have clear shipping info, which is really frustrating. The communication really, really needs to be better
